Considerable

information. TidyButt.com uses PayPal, the world's largest internet-based
payment network. Used on a secure server, all data is encrypted
to prevent anyone from intercepting any information.
THE SHOPPING
EXPERIENCE
-Click on "Add to Cart" button next to each item you would
like to purchase.
-The "Add
to Cart" buttons will launch a mini-browser hosted by PayPal.
This page will display the contents of your Shopping Cart including
each item(s) name, ID number, quantity, and price. It will also
include shipping/handling and total.
-From the mini-browser,
you can change the quantity of an item, delete an item from the
cart, continue shopping, or check out.
-If you click
on "Continue Shopping" you will be brought back to the
Storefront. You can return to your cart by clicking the "Shopping
Cart" icon or clicking on "Add to Cart" to purchase
another item. If you click on "Check Out", you will be
taken through the PayPal payment flow. If you have a PayPal account,
you simply enter your e-mail address and password. If you do not
have a PayPal account, you can fill out the quick form with your
e-mail address, credit card number, and shipping information. You
must complete this process prior to purchasing the Tidy Butt products.
-When the "Continue"
button is clicked, you will be brought to the next page which shows
the final price of the item, including shipping. Once you click
the "Pay" button, your order is complete.
-PayPal sends
an e-mail receipt of the transaction to you at this time. The details
of the transaction will appear in your history log.
-Sales Tax:
A 6% sales tax will be applied to any orders within Ohio. This charge
will appear on your invoice.
NOTE:
PayPal does not credit funds from your PayPal account balance to
your credit card. You may, however, withdraw funds from your PayPal
account by having them directly deposited to your bank account or
sent to you by personal check. To set up either option for your
PayPal account, log in to your account and click the "Withdraw
Funds" subtab. Further questions can be answered at www.paypal.com.

IMPORTANT
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping offered for Continental U.S. only. Alaska, Hawaii, and
international shipments coming soon.
Please allow
2 business days to process and ship your order (via UPS) from Columbus,
Ohio. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For rush
orders, please contact orders@tidybutt.com.

RETURNING
ITEMS
Please review the following guidelines carefully:
• If you have a problem with your shipment, please e-mail orders@tidybutt.com
with the reason for your return. A return authorization number will
be issued, and is required, for any returns.
• Product in brand new (resaleable) condition may be returned
within 2 weeks of the original shipping date to the address below,
and must include the original packing slip that was included with
your shipment. Please note credits will be refunded to your PayPal
account and not to your credit card.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred
to return merchandise.
• Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility of the
carrier. Customer is responsible for making claims with UPS if product
arrives damaged.
• You cannot return product purchased at a retail store to
our online store. Please return these items to the original location
of purchase.
